Once your campaign is created and approved, begin managing towards reaching your fundraising goals.

  • Invite participants to share your message and take part in your campaign
  • Create teams of participants to encourage friendly competition
  • Motivate fundraisers by creating incentives

Everything is easily managed from your Schwan's Cares account page, accessible on any device with an internet connection.

Ordering & Delivery

Participants order online, right from your campaign page, or they can order by phone at 1-855-870-7208. This includes existing Schwan's customers on a designated delivery route. Products are delivered directly to the supporter's home at the time specified at checkout. The method of payment may be changed at the door – check, cash, EBT, credit or debit cards are accepted. If the supporter is not home during the first 45 days of the campaign period, we’ll leave the items in a protected freezer bag at no extra cost.

Payments

Your organization will receive one check for the total amount raised during your 45 day "Active Period". Your beneficiary will then receive quarterly checks during your "Annuity Period". All checks are mailed to the address provided during campaign creation.
